Michael Pacin, M.D.
Dr. Michael P. Pacin is the founder of Florida Center For Allergy & Asthma Care and its Research Center. He works in the Kendall, North Miami Beach and Palmetto Bay offices. Dr. Pacin was born in Chicago, IL. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa and graduated medical school from Washington University School of Medicine. He did his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Barnes-Jewish in St. Louis and Jackson Memorial in Miami. He completed his Fellowship Training in Allergy/Immunology at U C Irvine in Long Beach, CA. Dr. Pacin started the practice by opening two offices in 1974, and has blossomed into 18 offices across three counties. Because of his burning interest in medical research he started developing the research arm of the practice in 1976. He has promoted the practice by doing numerous radio, television and print interviews on multiple topics over the last 38 years. He is on the Advisory Board of the Washington University Medical Alumni Association and a member of the Dade County Medical Association; the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; the Joint Council of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; the Florida Allergy , Asthma and Immunology Society; and the American Association of Certified Allergists. He serves as an expert witness around the country, as well as doing pro bono work for the FL Agency for Health Care Administration.

Jaime Landman, M.D.
Dr. Jaime Landman has been with Florida Center For Allergy & Asthma Care since 1994. Dr. Landman is currently the president of the company. He works in the Aventura office. Dr. Landman was born in Peru and went to medical school at the Peruvian University Cayetano Heredia, in Lima. He did his Internship & Residency in Pediatrics at Miami Children’s Hospital. He did his fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Landman is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Allergy/Immunology. He is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; the American Academy of Pediatrics; the Florida Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society; the Florida Medical Association; and the Dade County Medical Association. He is also a principal investigator in our research center. Dr. Landman enjoys participating in various TV and Radio programs, covering different topics in the field of asthma and allergy. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Zevy Landman, M.D.
Dr. Zevy Landman has been with Florida Center For Allergy & Asthma Care since 1997. He works in the Pembroke Pines and Plantation offices. Dr. Landman was born in Peru and went to medical school at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara in Mexico. He did his Internship & Residency in Pediatrics at Miami Children’s Hospital. He did his fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at Yeshiva University of Montefiore Medical School. Dr. Landman is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Allergy/Immunology. He is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology; member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology; and the Florida Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Ileana Rodicio, M.D.
Dr. Ileana Rodicio has been with Florida Center For Allergy & Asthma Care since 2003. She works in the Kendall and West Kendall offices. Dr. Rodicio was born in Cuba and went to medical school at the Higher Institute of Medical Sciences, Ministry of Higher Education in Havana, Cuba. She did her Internship & Residency in Internal Medicine at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She did her fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at New York Presbyterian Hospital at Weill Cornell University. Dr. Rodicio is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Allergy/Immunology. She is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology; the Florida Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society; and the Dade County Medical Association. She is fluent both in English and in Spanish.

Dr. Philip Mirmelli has been with Florida Center For Allergy & Asthma Care since 2000. He works in the Miami Beach office. Dr. Mirmelli was born in Chicago, IL and went to medical school at the University of Miami. He did his Internship & Residency in Pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital National Medical Center. He did his fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at the University of Miami. Dr. Mirmellil is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Allergy/Immunology. Frank J. Martell, M.D.
Dr. Frank Martell has been with Florida Center For Allergy & Asthma Care since 2000. He works in the Coral Gables and Kendall offices. Dr. Martell earned a B.S from the University of Miami and M.D. from the University of South Florida College Of Medicine. He completed an Internal Medicine Residency at UM/Jackson Memorial Hospital, and an Allergy and Immunology Fellowship at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Martell is Board Certified in Allergy/Immunology. He is a member of the Dade County Medical Association; Florida Medical Association; American College of Physicians; American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; and the Florida Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Society. In 2010, Dr. Martell was elected as a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Adriana Bonansea-Frances has been with Florida Center For Allergy & Asthma Care since 2007. She works in the Homestead and Kendall offices. Dr. Bonansea-Frances was born in Argentina and went to medical school at the National University of Rosario, in Argentina. She did her Internship & Residency in Pediatrics at Schneider Children’s Hospital and Tufts University in Boston, MA. She did her fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at KUMC in Kansas City, MO. Barry J. Mark, M.D.
Dr. Barry J. Mark has been with Florida Center For Allergy & Asthma Care since 2011. He works in the Ft. Lauderdale, Aventura and Pembroke Pines offices. He was born in New Haven, CT, and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. Dr. Mark completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Maryland Medical System in Baltimore. He completed his Allergy/Immunology fellowship at St. Louis University Hospital, St. Louis V.A. Medical Center and Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. Dr. Mark is Board Certified in both Allergy/Immunology and Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.

Dana Wallace, M.D.
Dr. Dana Wallace has been with Florida Center For Allergy & Asthma Care since August 2012, and works in our Emerald Hills office. Dr. Wallace is an assistant clinical professor at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee’s College of Medicine, and completed a residency at Lenox Hill Hospital and a fellowship in allergy and immunology at Roosevelt Hospital. She is board certified in pediatrics and allergy/immunology. Dr. Wallace is immediate-past president of the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology (ACAAI), currently on the World Allergy Organization Board of Directors (2012-2013) and has received the ACAAI Distinguished Service Award (2009) and the ACAAI Woman in Allergy Award (2008). She is serving her second term on its Board of Regents and on its Executive Committee. She is the ACAAI Website Associate Editor, ACAAI representative to the CDC Food Allergy/Anaphylaxis in School Task Force, Anaphylaxis Community Education Volunteer, and a member of the Finance, Budget, Nomination Committees and ACAAI Foundation Board of Directors. Having chaired the Drugs and Anaphylaxis Committee for many years, she remains an active member. She is ACAAI’s representative on the Health Level 7 (HL7) Clinical Interoperability Council; has served on the Annals of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Manuscript Review Committee since 2005; has been a Nationwide Asthma Screening Program coordinator since 2000; and has been on the Joint Task Force on Practice Parameters since 2005 and was chief editor of the 2008 “The Diagnosis and Management of Rhinitis: An Updated Practice Parameter.” She is President-Elect of the Broward County Medical Association, is on its Executive Committee and served as its Delegate to the Florida Medical Association since the 1980’s. Dr. Wallace is past president of the Florida Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology Association, and current president of Women Physicians of South Florida. She was on the Florida Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Association’s Executive Committee and chaired its Practice Standards Committee. She was on the Florida Medical Association Council on Medical Education and Science, and served on the Florida State Board of Medical Examiners, 1979-84. Inducted as 2013 president for the Broward County Medical Association (BCMA).
